Manages sales growth across the Southern Illinois territory by developing new and existing customer accounts, expanding product sales, meeting revenue and gross profit goals, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include territory planning, forecasting, account tracking, presentations, negotiations, product training, competitor analysis, sales reporting, and customer problem solving. Regular travel to customer sites, including overnight travel, is required.

Sells hydraulic, pneumatic, hose, fitting, fastener, and related products to new and existing accounts across Central and South Texas. Manages customer relationships, identifies growth opportunities, develops sales plans, forecasts revenue, maintains account records, conducts presentations and training, monitors competitors, submits sales reports, and achieves territory growth and profitability targets. Regular customer-site travel, overnight travel, driving, and physical activity are required.
