Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS)

The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) is a nonprofit professional body for surgeons in Australia and New Zealand. It trains and assesses surgical trainees, awards specialist qualifications, supports continuing professional development, and promotes high standards of surgical care, professionalism and education. RACS also advocates for surgical standards, represents the surgical fellowship, and provides public information about surgery and qualified surgeons.
