Lead and build Rox's partnerships function: source and manage strategic technical and SI partners, align partner engagement to deals with Sales, create repeatable partner playbooks, run partner and GTM education programs, and drive measurable revenue through partner-influenced closed deals.

Create and manage content strategy for Rox across multiple platforms. Collaborate across teams to produce engaging content, campaigns, and elevate team members as creators. Focus on innovative storytelling and scalable content systems.

Provide hands-on IT support for the San Francisco office, administer identity and application lifecycles, manage Mac endpoints, automate recurring IT tasks, troubleshoot systems and network issues, and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. The role owns the support queue, improves IT operations, implements service-management projects, and builds scalable workflows across identity, SaaS, security, and endpoint management.
