Build technical sourcing pipelines, partner with engineering leaders on hiring bars and interview design, conduct structured screens, manage agency relationships, and improve recruiting workflows using Ashby, Slack, Notion, Claude, and proprietary AI tools. Maintain pipeline reporting, represent Rox to candidates, and develop strong knowledge of technical talent markets.

Source and pipeline candidates using AI-native tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels. Manage personalized outreach, maintain accurate Ashby records, partner with the Head of Talent on recruiting priorities, identify high-quality profiles, and represent Rox throughout the candidate experience. The role requires speed, ownership, strong judgment, and comfort operating as a contractor in a rapidly scaling startup.
