Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations. Source and close candidates through direct outreach, referrals, communities, competitor mapping, and events. Partner with founders to define roles, design interviews, evaluate candidates, manage offers, and build scalable recruiting processes, metrics, and pipelines. The role requires independently managing multiple searches and representing the company’s talent brand.

Own corporate IT and security across employee devices, identity, SaaS, networks, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, access reviews, and SOC 2 compliance. Build onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintain inventories and controls, coordinate audits and remediation, lead vendor security reviews, respond to customer questionnaires, and partner with Engineering on application and cloud security. Automate operational processes and support safe adoption of AI tools while serving as the primary employee IT and security contact.

Design, build, and secure scalable infrastructure and data ingestion pipelines for an enterprise AI platform handling sensitive financial data. Implement private-cloud, tenant-isolated deployments, access controls, monitoring/alerting, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code. Partner with AI research/product teams to optimize for LLM training and inference workloads.
