Designs, implements, and maintains cybersecurity controls for cloud, software, network, and far-edge systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, risk assessments, vulnerability management, security assurance, accreditation evidence, audit support, incident response, compliance monitoring, and supply-chain security. The engineer advises delivery teams, collaborates with external partners, supports secure system architecture, and represents the company in security forums. The role is hybrid with at least three days weekly onsite in Bristol and occasional customer-site travel.

Own end-to-end talent acquisition for GTM and commercial roles, including Sales, Business Development, Capture, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. Build proactive pipelines through headhunting, assess candidates, advise hiring managers, and manage multiple searches. Lead commercial hiring across the US and international markets, develop specialist talent networks, provide market and compensation insight, and strengthen candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering, technology, science, and specialist GTM roles. Source and nurture passive candidates, conduct initial screening, maintain ATS records, and provide talent mapping, compensation, competitor, location, and market insights. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on sourcing priorities and live searches while strengthening Rowden’s employer brand in specialist communities. Candidates must be eligible for UK SC clearance.
