Graduate engineers join a rotational programme gaining exposure to software, machine learning, systems, safety, radio frequency, and infrastructure engineering. Responsibilities include integrating sensor and data feeds, designing systems for degraded communications, deploying edge machine learning models, developing deployable sensing and communications products, and supporting scalable edge-device deployment. Graduates work on defence, emergency services, and national security systems with increasing ownership and mentorship.

Owns end-to-end UX design for complex, high-stakes digital products, from problem framing and user research through implementation. Creates flows, wireframes, and prototypes; conducts interviews, surveys, and usability testing; collaborates with front-end engineers; applies WCAG accessibility standards; develops scalable design patterns; and communicates design rationale and trade-offs to technical teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Lead strategic customer relationships across defence and technical-sector accounts. Build trust with stakeholders from frontline users to senior leaders, drive adoption and measurable value, manage customer success plans, identify risks, improve satisfaction, and support retention and account expansion. Partner closely with sales, delivery, engineering, and business-line teams. The role is based in Bristol with hybrid working, frequent UK travel, overseas travel, and eligibility for SC clearance required.
