Design, integrate, automate, and execute testing for complex systems combining software, hardware, networks, radios, sensors, and user devices. Build reusable test infrastructure, simulation and emulation environments, instrumentation, and hardware-in-the-loop capabilities. Analyze data, reproduce failures, create regression tests, improve defect lifecycles, and establish integration and test standards across projects. Roles range from hands-on SI&T engineering to discipline leadership.

Own and grow Rowden’s global OEM and technology partner ecosystem for the Dovetail edge software platform. Responsibilities include prospecting, stakeholder engagement, technical demonstrations, negotiating licensing agreements, closing deals, managing renewals and expansions, maintaining pipeline forecasts, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Legal. The role requires technical credibility, strong commercial judgment, and frequent international travel. Candidates must be eligible for UK SC clearance.

Own and prioritise the product backlog for mission-critical software applications. Partner with engineering teams, users, and customer stakeholders to define requirements, translate operational needs into user stories, guide sprint planning, and ensure releases deliver user value. Manage the software product lifecycle, maintain agile delivery processes, monitor relevant MOD standards and export regulations, and advocate for coherent product outcomes in demanding operational environments.
