Supports legislative, regulatory, and public policy activities for a data center portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring bills and regulatory dockets, analyzing policy impacts, preparing policy positions and communications, conducting market and regulatory research, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and developing briefing materials and recommendations. The role requires translating complex policy issues into business implications while supporting project development, permitting, utility, energy, and infrastructure strategies.

Leads customer development for hyperscale, AI, and enterprise data center customers. Owns strategic relationships, originates and advances large-capacity opportunities, leads complex pursuits through commercial alignment, and coordinates with development, engineering, construction, operations, finance, and legal. Maintains pipeline and account plans, communicates customer insights, supports new engagement models, mentors team members, and helps establish repeatable customer engagement practices.

Lead electrical engineering design and delivery for hyperscale data center projects from concept through energization and operations. Manage consultants and cross-functional teams, define technical requirements, mitigate project risks, support procurement and RFPs, coordinate with utilities, attend factory testing, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers. The role requires stakeholder communication with utilities, authorities, clients, and executives, along with technical oversight across design, construction, commissioning, and operation.
