Prepares HVAC laboratories for instruction, maintains and services HVAC/R equipment, supervises students, directs tool and equipment use, and conducts facility inventories. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus up to one year of specialized or technical training. An HVAC/R diploma or two years of HVAC/R industry experience is preferred.

Advise students and families on financial aid options, process FAFSA applications, conduct verification, analyze eligibility documents, and evaluate satisfactory academic progress. Award grants and scholarships, monitor grant budgets, administer the Federal Work Study Program, maintain program eligibility requirements, and interpret federal and state regulations to ensure compliance.

Supports grant research, development, management, and compliance activities. Maintains grant records, funding-source databases, development and reporting calendars, deadlines, documents, and files. Collects time and effort reports, schedules meetings, records notes, and assists with grant documentation. The role requires coordination of federal, state, and private grant requirements, budgeting and accountability processes, financial information management, and accurate handling of confidential records.
