Manages MEP and building automation projects from initiation through completion, overseeing schedules, resources, financials, invoicing, change orders, quality, risk, and customer relationships. Leads engineering teams, coordinates with contractors and clients, negotiates terms, provides technical guidance, and supports commissioning and quality management activities. The role requires project leadership experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, and familiarity with HVAC, controls, and low-voltage installation.

Leads building automation and controls projects, including team guidance, customer meetings, proposals, instrumentation selection, electrical schematics, panel hardware procurement, HMI and PLC/DCS configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, calibration, documentation, and customer training. The role requires HVAC systems knowledge, P&ID interpretation, functional testing, and onsite startup support.

Design, develop, configure, and implement building automation and electrical control systems interfacing with facility equipment and sensors. Develop control sequences, custom technology solutions, databases, historians, and real-time facility data tools. Collaborate with engineers, designers, partners, and clients across multiple projects, support onsite assignments, and progress toward leading automation and information-solution teams.
