Leads building automation projects from instrumentation and electrical design through system configuration, testing, startup, troubleshooting, and customer training. Provides technical guidance to engineering teams, supports proposals and customer relationships, selects controls hardware and instrumentation, designs control panels, configures HMI and DDC/PLC/DCS systems, performs onsite commissioning, and supports acceptance testing. Requires controls, HVAC, P&ID, functional testing, and instrumentation experience.

Supports building automation project delivery through scheduling, procurement, documentation, subcontractor coordination, site meeting follow-up, cost and change-order tracking, commissioning support, client reporting, risk escalation, and project closeout. The role works under a Project Manager and requires familiarity with construction drawings, schedules, project budgets, and building management systems.

The role assists Project Managers with project execution, risk escalation, change orders, punch lists, and final documentation while coordinating vendors and field teams in office and job-site environments.
