As a founding engineer you will design and build the core platform: event-driven agent framework, shared memory, tool orchestration, APIs, early-intervention systems, and the virtual clinic. Own products end-to-end from customer discovery to production, ship AI/ML solutions, ensure real-time scale and measure impact.

Build and own end-to-end product surfaces and architecture for an AI-native virtual clinic: event-driven agent frameworks, real-time intervention systems, LLM/agent orchestration, APIs, and scalable infrastructure to detect costly care events, route care, and improve outcomes as the platform scales.

Build and operate an automated outbound GTM engine: prospecting workflows, LinkedIn, email/calling campaigns; qualify top-of-funnel leads; manage mid-funnel operations; and sell complex enterprise deals ($100K–$1M ACV) to C-suite while scaling the GTM function and team.
