Teams at Rover

Lead product strategy and execution for Rover’s international bookings business. Drive zero-to-one product and business model experiments, launch new markets, improve customer experiences, analyze user and business data, run experiments, and develop roadmaps aligned with company goals. Partner closely with Design and Engineering to deliver impactful product experiences and accelerate growth outside North America.

Analyze and narrate financial and marketplace performance, decompose metric changes, investigate root causes, maintain cohort and forecasting models, build reporting and metrics, and present insights and recommendations to finance teams and senior leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Tax, Product, Analytics, and data infrastructure teams to improve reporting, automation, and business decision-making.

Build and maintain frontend platform tooling across React web and React Native applications. Develop reusable cross-platform libraries, establish technical standards, guide the team roadmap, support technology migrations, and improve development workflows. Mentor engineers in Barcelona, represent Client Platform across the organization, and promote quality through testing, observability, monitoring, and effective use of AI-assisted development.
