Teams at Rover

Own and administer Rover’s privacy technology stack, including consent management, DSAR automation, data mapping, reporting, integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting. Partner with Legal, Marketing, Engineering, GRC, and Cybersecurity to maintain compliance workflows, support incident response, and resolve technical issues. Lead privacy platform integrations, vendor escalations, documentation, and mentoring. Build AI-assisted automation for repetitive privacy operations while ensuring human review of compliance-sensitive outputs.

Lead Rover’s acquisition and strategic partnership efforts from target sourcing and investment thesis development through valuation, negotiation, closing, integration, and post-close evaluation. Build financial models, assess synergies and risks, manage stakeholders, maintain an external target pipeline, monitor the pet industry ecosystem, and develop relationships with company founders and executives. Coach junior team members on financial modeling and deal execution.

Lead design for a new pricing team: define strategy, run workshops, partner with PMs, engineers, and data analysts, conduct user research and testing, create engineering-ready deliverables, and measure customer experience outcomes across web and mobile platforms.
