Teams at Rover

Lead technical direction for Rover’s commerce platform, covering orders, checkout, payments, payouts, taxes, and financial reconciliation. Design scalable transaction systems, translate finance and regulatory requirements into architecture, resolve complex cross-team challenges, and mentor engineers. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and external providers while improving system reliability, auditability, and financial accuracy across a high-traffic consumer marketplace.

Lead global SEM analytics for Rover, guiding bidding and investment decisions through spend allocation, incrementality testing, attribution, experimentation, and customer-value analysis. Diagnose acquisition performance, build trusted dashboards, shape the analytics roadmap, and partner with Finance, Data Science, and Engineering. The role also mentors analysts, reviews analytical work, and translates complex findings into strategic recommendations across brands and markets.

Owns month-end and year-end close activities, financial statement preparation, U.S. GAAP research, technical accounting, audit coordination, internal controls, and reporting deliverables. The role also drives process improvements, maintains audit-ready records, partners with FP&A and Tax, and mentors accounting team members.
