Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of prototype projects. Track schedules and data, assist with small project plans, monitor vendor/subcontractor performance, create reports from customer and supplier data, and help ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

Manage multiple concurrent engineering and manufacturing projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, quality, subcontractors, and customer relationships while coaching teams and driving continuous improvement and reporting.

Coordinates workforce and contract hiring activities, including interview scheduling, contractor job creation, staffing-partner communication, onboarding orientation, test proctoring, contractor status tracking, and project staffing support. Maintains presentations and Excel documents while balancing multiple deadlines in a high-pressure automotive operations environment.
