Supports development and execution of powertrain and vehicle testing. Reviews test plans, creates computer-based tests and protocols, directs sensor and equipment installation, analyzes test data, prepares customer reports, inspects test units, troubleshoots facility issues, and assists with project management and testing improvements.

Leads HRIS strategy, compensation programs, people analytics, payroll oversight, HR data governance, and workforce reporting. Oversees system integrations, compensation planning, benchmarking, pay equity, compliance, vendors, and HR technology improvements. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, IT, and HR teams to support workforce decisions and operational efficiency. Manages and develops HRIS and compensation staff while advising senior leaders on compensation trends, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations.

Coordinates office and shop activities, schedules, budgets, deliverables, vendors, subcontractors, and customer expectations. Supports Project Managers with program timing, quality, material management, issue tracking, milestone completion, status reporting, and lessons learned. The role compiles data and reports while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure programs finish on time and within budget.
