Designs and releases powertrain components and subsystems for internal combustion and electric vehicle applications. Responsibilities include developing CAD designs, coordinating CAE validation, executing hardware tests, maintaining DVP&R documentation, coordinating suppliers, supporting prototype and pre-production builds, and assisting with production launches. The role is onsite in Allen Park, Michigan, and requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.

Assists with planning, scheduling, and coordinating prototype project activities across office and shop operations. Tracks project data, schedules, milestones, budgets, customer expectations, supplier information, subcontractor assignments, and vendor performance. Supports small project plans, cross-functional deliverables, reporting, and continuous quality improvements. The role is onsite in Livonia, Michigan and requires automotive experience, strong communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, reliable attendance, and overtime availability.

Leads large defense engineering programs across cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and technical deliverables. Manages customer, subcontractor, and internal communications; oversees RFPs, reporting, program reviews, design reviews, forecasting, and closeout. Requires government and defense program management experience, DoD familiarity, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.
