Plan, execute, and document full-vehicle tests for durability, strength, and fatigue. Inspect and instrument vehicles, collect and analyze data, diagnose issues with design engineers, direct repairs, maintain test programs/macros, and support test equipment and procedure development.

Assist Sr. Program Manager with pre-execution program tasks: develop business plans, manage functional group requirements, maintain KPIs, perform cost walks and financial analysis, draft proposals and contracts, manage asset tracking, create presentations, and handle administrative duties.

Lead multiple programs and cross-functional teams from quoting through delivery, ensuring on-time launches, financial targets, risk mitigation, customer advocacy, and mentoring team members to meet quality and schedule goals.
