Develop and execute B2B sales strategies, achieve growth targets, acquire and onboard corporate travel partners, provide system training, manage commercial deals and account setup, and maintain partner relationships through first purchase. Conduct market and competitive analysis, manage CRM reporting, and occasionally attend client meetings and industry events. The role is remote and supports corporate travel expansion across assigned international markets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B corporate travel accounts across the CIS region. Responsibilities include client retention, revenue expansion, data-driven account planning, business reviews, stakeholder management, commercial negotiations, product feedback, CRM maintenance, and cross-functional problem solving. The role is hybrid in Kazakhstan and requires fluent English.

The role includes system training, relationship management, market and competitor analysis, CRM reporting, and approximately 50% business travel to client meetings and industry events.
