Build and maintain scalable backend services and core platform systems using Go and Node.js/TypeScript, while contributing to React frontend development. Design and deploy production AI/LLM features, including integrations, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, collaborate on architecture and performance, and deliver internal tools and end-to-end product functionality.

Develop and maintain Rounds’ visual language across branding, presentations, social content, events, campaigns, and mobile app projects. Create polished visual solutions, reusable templates, components, and systems while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Present concepts, incorporate feedback, manage projects independently, and explore AI tools to improve creative workflows. The role may also contribute to motion and animation work.

Support operational processes for a B2C mobile app portfolio, including onboarding, releases, monetization setups, and workflows. Coordinate across Product, R&D, Monetization, Design, and Acquisition teams, monitor product activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure accurate configuration and smooth execution of product operations.
