Coordinates multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, property transitions, and lease-ups from start to close. Owns transaction timelines, tracks deadlines, maintains audit-ready documents, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, leads status meetings, and manages transition details. The role also develops workflows, checklists, and process improvements while partnering with operations, accounting, marketing, construction, lenders, brokers, legal counsel, and vendors.

Manage daily operations for three apartment communities, including leasing, occupancy, resident relations, maintenance coordination, budgeting, rent collection, reporting, vendor management, compliance, and team leadership. Develop leasing and retention strategies, resolve resident concerns, oversee property standards, maintain accurate records, and plan community events. Requires 3–5 years of community management experience, property-management knowledge, supervisory skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a real estate license or ability to obtain one.

Coordinates training logistics, onboarding, workshops, conferences, and learning events across a multifamily property portfolio. Manages the LMS and training content library, tracks completion and certifications, supports curriculum development, facilitates sessions, coordinates subject-matter experts, and gathers feedback to improve programs. The role also maintains compliance-focused documentation, communicates schedules, and supports mentor, ambassador, and mystery shop programs.
