Support the Operations team in Brazil with order administration, ERP updates, logistics and shipment coordination, inventory control, customer communication, and preparing operational reports and KPI dashboards. Assist with quotations, contracts, purchase orders, process improvement initiatives, and general administrative tasks to gain supply chain and operations experience.

Support the Brazil sales team with CRM/account setup, data maintenance, reporting and dashboards, forecasting, opportunity tracking, proposal and bid preparation, market research, customer communications, and administrative tasks. Assist in process improvement, digitalization, and AI-driven productivity initiatives to support commercial operations and business development.

Lead EHS activities: identify hazards, assess risks, design and implement prevention and control measures, run audits and Gemba walks, investigate incidents, report KPIs, and drive continuous HSE improvements across the facility.
