Manage the inside sales cycle from customer inquiries and RFQs through quotations, purchase-order review, and order placement. Analyze technical requirements, develop pricing and delivery estimates, prepare commercial and technical proposals, support customers and internal teams, and coordinate manufacturing orders. Maintain sales-cycle documentation, resolve technical and commercial issues, follow up on projects, and improve departmental processes and tools.
