HR intern supporting the employee lifecycle, including interviews, onboarding, transfers, contractual changes, departures, work permits, temporary employee tracking, HR correspondence, records, invoices, events, reporting, and ad hoc projects. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners across Zurich and Geneva and provides administrative support for the Wealth Management Division.

Provides legal advice to the equity capital markets syndicate desk and advisory teams. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating ECM transaction documents, advising on UK, EU, US, and cross-border regulations, managing legal and regulatory risks, supporting governance and underwriting approvals, reviewing offering documents, and partnering with business, compliance, risk teams, and external counsel.

Leads the global risk-based compliance monitoring, assurance, and testing program for Global Advisory. Responsibilities include designing monitoring frameworks, conducting independent testing, assessing control effectiveness, identifying regulatory risks, managing findings and remediation, producing governance reporting, supporting audits and inspections, enhancing analytics-enabled monitoring, and managing team members. The role partners with compliance, risk, audit, legal, and senior business stakeholders across jurisdictions.
