Senior second-line compliance officer providing regulatory advice and oversight for equities execution (sales & trading) and research. Advise on MAR, MiFID II/MiFIR, best execution, order handling, inducements, transaction reporting, and surveillance. Manage conflicts, information barriers, SMCR, policies, regulatory change, governance, and stakeholder engagement with front office and senior management.

Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor Avaloq weekly, monthly, and hot-fix releases across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. Manage Avaloq BGP, End-of-Day processing, interfaces, deployments, and operational connectivity. Administer Windows, Linux, and OpenShift platforms, collaborate with infrastructure providers, resolve incidents, and improve operational processes. The role requires strong Avaloq release management, Linux, Oracle, and PL/SQL expertise, with beneficial knowledge of cloud, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, identity, security, and managed file transfer technologies.

Supports investment banking advisory engagements through industry research, financial modeling, valuation analysis, pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations. Coordinates M&A transactions with internal and external stakeholders, contributes to deal execution, collaborates across offices, and mentors junior bankers. The role requires experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.
