Monitors backlogs, materials, vendors, and production priorities while communicating requirements across departments. The role requires machine-shop experience, production planning knowledge, ERP proficiency, lean manufacturing understanding, and frequent interaction with the manufacturing floor.

Performs blasting, cleaning, coating, painting, and surface preparation of turbomachinery components, assemblies, fixtures, and shop equipment. Maintains shop cleanliness, follows safety and quality procedures, supports logistics and component movement, and operates a forklift after training. The role requires physical work around machining operations, adherence to specifications, and participation in required screenings and background checks.
