Teams at Rotating Machinery Services, Inc.

Creates CAD layouts, drawings, schematics, bills of material, and engineering documentation for turbomachinery components and assemblies. Performs dimensional inspections, uses metrology scan data to develop models and manufacturing drawings, maintains project drafting files and MRP data, and collaborates with Engineering, Shop, Purchasing, Project Management, and customers. Provides mentorship to junior CAD designers and conducts occasional customer-site inspections and meetings.

Leads day-to-day CNC machining production across three shifts, supervising Tech Leads and production staff while managing schedules, staffing, safety, quality, delivery, costs, and machine utilization. Partners with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales to resolve issues and maintain material and equipment availability. Drives lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement, corrective actions, ERP/MRP documentation, customer satisfaction, and operational reporting. Requires a hands-on shop-floor presence, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Lead commercial growth, client engagement, and end-to-end project delivery for a rotating equipment testing facility. Manage proposals, contracts, budgets, P&L, scheduling, staffing, client relationships, and facility operations. Coordinate with engineering, safety, environmental, supply chain, and maintenance teams to ensure successful testing and reporting. Expand market presence across industrial sectors while maintaining project margins, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
