Provides career services across multiple campuses by developing employer relationships, generating job leads, securing externship sites, coaching students and graduates, coordinating interviews and placements, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with ABHES requirements. The role supports resume development, mock interviews, job readiness, externship assignments, placement verification, employer communication, surveys, and graduate follow-up while meeting placement and externship-to-hire targets.

Supports student career development, externship placement, and graduate job placement across a regional campus network. Builds employer relationships, generates job leads, coordinates interviews and externship assignments, coaches students on resumes and professional readiness, maintains student records, tracks outcomes, conducts follow-ups, and ensures compliance with ABHES requirements. The role is campus-based in Mishawaka and requires working two evenings per week.
