Build and own FP&A infrastructure, including annual budgets, long-range models, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting. Analyze SaaS metrics, customer economics, retention, and business performance while reconciling data across Rillet, Maxio, and HubSpot. Partner with department leaders and executives, present board-level insights, and automate recurring finance processes using AI tools such as Claude.

Owns product strategy, vision, backlog prioritization, Agile execution, roadmap delivery, and product launches for Rosnet’s SaaS platform. Partners with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, clients, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, define requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role also manages product KPIs, conducts market and competitive analysis, supports pricing and packaging decisions, mentors through influence, and drives client-centric innovation.

Own product and customer marketing for a B2B SaaS platform serving restaurant operators. Responsibilities include product positioning, go-to-market launches, sales enablement, competitive analysis, buyer personas, customer advocacy, lifecycle campaigns, product communications, and customer events. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Services to improve acquisition, adoption, retention, expansion, and customer references.
