Support clients and internal teams by processing surety bonds: review contracts, manage approvals, issue bonds, handle endorsements/renewals/cancellations, maintain electronic records, resolve billing issues, ensure compliance, perform quality checks, and provide top-tier customer service. May mentor junior staff and independently manage select client programs.

Process and manage surety bond requests by reviewing contracts, coordinating between clients, underwriters, and producers, issuing bonds, handling endorsements/renewals, maintaining records and databases, performing quality checks, supporting billing resolution, and ensuring compliance with company and industry procedures.
