Provides part-time administrative and student services support at a university. Coordinates accommodated exams, maintains confidential records, assists with recruitment events and student inquiries, supports enrollment communications, schedules appointments, manages calendars, performs data entry, and helps with reports and process improvement while following ADA, Section 504, FERPA, and university policies.

Coordinates clinical rotations and academic experiences for medical students, building relationships with faculty, healthcare providers, and clinical sites. Manages scheduling, onboarding, student support, reporting, accreditation activities, curriculum delivery, assessment, and program quality initiatives while resolving issues and supporting the medical education program.

The Dean provides strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for Roseman University’s College of Pharmacy across Henderson, Nevada, and South Jordan, Utah. Responsibilities include strategic planning, accreditation, academic quality, student success, faculty and staff development, budgeting, financial sustainability, research, experiential education, partnerships, fundraising, and external representation. The role requires a collaborative academic leader who can strengthen enrollment, outcomes, organizational culture, scholarship, and the College’s long-term growth.
