Teach classroom, lab, and clinical nursing courses; plan and evaluate curriculum and student learning; advise students; collaborate with clinical partners; participate in committees, accreditation, and professional development; maintain clinical practice and RN licensure; provide on-site student availability (~40+ hours/week).

Provide clinical leadership for ambulatory family medicine and pediatrics, oversee day-to-day operations, serve as primary clinical triage resource, mentor clinical staff, optimize workflows, support quality and safety initiatives, and provide direct patient care as needed to maintain clinic flow and clinical education.

Support dental college research through project coordination, data management, statistical analysis, AI/data science application development, scholarly dissemination, grant support, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with faculty, staff, residents, and students.
