Manage and mentor Help Desk Technicians, oversee daily service desk operations, resolve escalated technical issues, and support Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, networking, printing, classroom technology, and campus applications. The role monitors service metrics, develops documentation and reports, supports technology deployments and updates, contributes to budgeting and lifecycle planning, and partners with faculty, staff, students, and administration to improve technology services.

The Dean provides strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for Roseman University’s College of Pharmacy across Henderson, Nevada, and South Jordan, Utah. Responsibilities include strategic planning, accreditation, academic quality, student success, faculty and staff development, budgeting, financial sustainability, research, experiential education, partnerships, fundraising, and external representation. The role requires a collaborative academic leader who can strengthen enrollment, outcomes, organizational culture, scholarship, and the College’s long-term growth.
