Schedules asphalt, concrete, sealcoat, and striping crews and company assets across daily construction projects. Tracks progress, material and equipment costs, overtime, subcontractor completion, barricade orders, invoices, fleet information, and equipment maintenance. Supports Project Managers with project closeout and communicates between production and Sales. Requires strong organization, communication, construction knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for extended hours and weekends.

Manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client relationship development, pricing negotiations, estimates, bids, order acquisition, and follow-through. Analyzes construction documents and blueprints to prepare time, cost, labor, and materials estimates. Conducts job-site visits for quality control, collaborates with project managers and customers, and manages sales goals and business development plans.

The Account Executive manages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client relationship development, estimating, pricing negotiations, order acquisition, and follow-through. Responsibilities include preparing construction cost estimates from blueprints and specifications, coordinating with clients and vendors, monitoring job sites for quality control, and managing sales goals and business development plans. The role requires direct sales experience and familiarity with construction, paving, landscaping, and blueprint-based estimating.
