Requires after-hours support and willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States.

Direct multi-state payroll operations for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accurate processing, tax compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence. Manage commissions, bonuses, payroll integrations, HRIS workflows, and M&A-related transitions. Lead process improvements, reporting, internal controls, employee escalations, and collaboration with HR, Finance, Benefits, and People Operations teams.

Plans, coordinates, budgets, and oversees asphalt pavement construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, financial analysis, quality control, risk management, change control, stakeholder communication, subcontractor coordination, and enforcing workplace safety procedures. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to established objectives.
