Own and administer Rose Paving's travel, corporate card, and expense ecosystem. Manage Divvy/Concur configurations, approval hierarchies, and audits; oversee lodging and vendor relationships; develop and enforce T&E policies; design integrations and automated workflows; provide spend reporting and analytics; drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment.

Perform physical site work measuring, laying out, stenciling, and applying parking lot striping using mechanical striping machines. Maintain and inspect striping equipment, control traffic around work zones, follow ADA and manufacturer specs, handle paint loading/unloading, run safety meetings, assist with jobsite cleanup and other field/warehouse tasks.

Lead nationwide projects from planning through closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Track progress, manage scope changes, establish traffic control and lot closures, prepare status reports, and perform post-job evaluations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with organizational goals.
