Lead operational excellence for multifamily properties by mentoring property teams, overseeing budgets and owner reporting, managing asset transactions, ensuring compliance and maintenance, driving leasing and retention strategies, coordinating marketing, and performing frequent site visits to preserve property integrity and performance.

Oversee all aspects of multifamily property operations including leasing, resident relations, staff supervision, maintenance and vendor management, budget and financial reporting, compliance, marketing initiatives, and emergency response to maximize occupancy and property performance.

Greet residents and visitors, control building access, enforce security protocols, assist with packages and minor maintenance, communicate with management and service providers, follow emergency procedures, and maintain compliance with safety and building regulations. Must be on-site and able to perform physical tasks.

Maintain and reconcile general ledgers for multiple residential properties, prepare and post journal entries and accruals, compile monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages, coordinate audits, ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial records, close year-end reports to meet auditor and client deadlines, and communicate with asset management, clients, staff, vendors.
