Oversee affordable housing compliance, including recertifications, move-in files, rent registrations, lease renewals, subsidy paperwork, waiting lists, audits, and agency reporting. Supervise Affordable Housing Associates, manage Yardi-based tracking and reporting, ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HPD, HFA, HCR, SOTA, and rent stabilization requirements, support applicant income verification, conduct team training, and liaise with residents, property managers, ownership, and government agencies.

Directs operations and compliance for a multi-site affordable housing portfolio. Oversees regulatory requirements, LIHTC and subsidy programs, audits, inspections, reporting, financial performance, staffing, and resident services. Builds relationships with agencies, owners, investors, and community partners while implementing risk controls and corrective actions. Leads, trains, and evaluates regional and site-level teams, conducts site visits, and ensures operational, financial, compliance, and resident service objectives are achieved.
