Teams at Roquette

Manage safe, efficient country elevator operations including grain origination and merchandising, hedge position management, contracts and grain accounting, logistics, site maintenance, and supervision of full-time and seasonal staff while building strong farmer relationships.

Handle all accounting for grain purchases and sales including data entry, payments to farmer-suppliers, freight payables, daily merchandising and monthly reports, maintain grain accounting software, weigh and grade inbound/outbound grain, interact with operations, finance teams, suppliers and warehouse examiners, and provide merchandising backup. May require overtime and weekend work.

Lead site quality by implementing Roquette Total Quality System, manage operational quality team, drive audits and corrective actions, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, support IPC lab, ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and cross-functional coaching.
