Support monthly payroll and time management, including data validation, reconciliations, retroactive calculations, reporting, employee inquiries, and audit documentation. The role will gradually expand into HR generalist responsibilities such as employee lifecycle administration, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, HR reporting, digital HR tools, process improvement, and standard employee and manager advisory support.

Operate and maintain boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, water, wastewater, fire suppression, natural gas, and related utility systems in a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Monitor and adjust system parameters, perform troubleshooting and minor repairs, operate equipment through DCS, maintain operational records, respond to plant upsets, and ensure safety, regulatory, HACCP, and quality compliance. Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and process teams while supporting reliability improvements and training.

Operate and maintain high-pressure boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, water, wastewater, fire suppression, natural gas, and power distribution systems. Monitor and adjust utility parameters, troubleshoot failures, perform minor repairs, maintain operational records, and operate equipment through a DCS. Ensure safety, regulatory, HACCP, and product-quality compliance while supporting emergency response, maintenance coordination, training, and continuous improvement. Work full-time 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
