Identify process improvements, apply chemical and engineering principles, develop analytical methods, support pilot-to-commercial scale-up, resolve manufacturing issues, and mentor colleagues while progressing toward people leadership responsibilities.

Lead and transform Quality across North America by deploying a harmonized Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Supervise plant production to meet targets by enforcing SOPs and safety standards. Manage operators, monitor process variables, maintain equipment and records, coordinate lab sampling, and drive housekeeping, cost control and corrective actions.
