The Principal Automation Engineer will evaluate and enhance the existing automation framework using Provar, design and maintain automation scripts, implement various testing types (functional, API, performance), support CI/CD development, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality integration in the development process.

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) develops and strengthens relationships with strategic customers, providing expert technical support, guidance, and advocacy. They ensure optimal performance of Rootstock solutions by troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to product enhancements. The TAM also helps customers plan long-term technology goals and manages escalations effectively.
