Procures materials and components for vehicle assembly by managing suppliers, placing and tracking orders, maintaining inventory and safety stocks, forecasting demand, resolving delivery and quality issues, ensuring technical compliance, maintaining purchasing records, and improving supply chain processes.

Develops automotive parts for two-, three-, and four-wheel vehicles and light commercial vehicles. Manages NPD processes including PPAP, APQP, tooling, and process validation. Evaluates plastics, rubber, molding, machining, welding, fabrication, coating, and painting processes. Conducts supplier process audits, drives corrective actions, monitors tooling, and resolves issues using 8D and QC Story methods. Maintains PFMEA and control plans.

Procures materials from domestic and international suppliers while ensuring timely delivery and quality. Identifies cost-reduction opportunities through local sourcing and alternate suppliers, performs component costing, updates logistics invoice verification records, resolves supplier quality issues, submits bills and documentation to finance, coordinates supplier payments, and ensures legal and statutory compliance.
