Leads assembly process engineering for existing and new vehicle products. Responsibilities include engineering change management, process design and development, line balancing, process optimization, facility and material-handling system selection, shop layout, and greenfield or brownfield projects. Drives team performance, applies lean manufacturing, quality systems, continuous improvement, 5S, and structured problem solving, and develops process documentation including PFDs, PFMEAs, control plans, and SOPs.

Monitor business plans and sales targets, coordinate customer schedules and order fulfillment, resolve delivery issues, manage customer logistics portals, use SAP SD, and support payment collection and reconciliation. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, fulfilling customer demands, communicating in English, and managing logistics-related sales operations.

Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. Analyze business requirements, build new features, troubleshoot and support applications, integrate databases and third-party systems, and maintain coding standards, security, and documentation. The role requires experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Core, C#, React.js, SQL Server, database objects, and reporting tools.
