Own a portfolio of agriculture-focused customers, guiding onboarding, data collection, verification, reporting, and platform adoption. Manage customer projects end to end, improve farm-level data quality and engagement, deliver farmer-facing webinars, and build trusted relationships supporting retention and advocacy. Collaborate with Account Management and Product to communicate customer feedback and translate agricultural expertise into product improvements and recommendations.

Manage enterprise customer accounts from onboarding through adoption, retention, renewals, and ARR growth. Advise customers on sustainability and Net Zero progress, coordinate internal expertise, support farm-level data collection, maintain data integrity, and provide product feedback. The role requires strong client relationship management, commercial expansion skills, excellent German and English, and presence in the Berlin office.

Manage customer projects, improve agricultural data quality, run farmer-facing webinars, and collaborate with Account Management and Product. The role requires agricultural knowledge, customer-facing experience, strong organization, data proficiency, and fluency in German and English. It is based in the Berlin office five days per week.
