Jobs at Root Access

Build scalable software infrastructure for electrical, thermal, and electromagnetic simulations. Develop automated pipelines, distributed execution, parameter sweeps, solver integrations, quality checks, provenance tracking, and reproducible dataset workflows. Optimize simulation throughput, cost, and reliability while collaborating with machine learning and hardware teams to validate results and generate training data.

Develop physics-informed machine learning models for electronic systems. Build automated electrical, thermal, and electromagnetic simulation workflows, generate datasets, create surrogate models, and validate predictions against solvers and experiments. Develop active learning and optimization workflows while owning reproducible pipelines for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate with hardware and machine learning teams to accelerate electronics development.

Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits and PCBs from requirements through prototype to production. Perform simulations (SPICE), component selection, BOM management, prototype bring-up and debugging, collaborate with firmware/mechanical teams, and support DFM, EMC/EMI, and regulatory readiness.
