As a Customer Support Consultant, you will assist Dutch clients by providing high-quality support, managing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide fast, empathetic multi-channel support to French and Italian hoteliers, troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, drive retention and satisfaction, create help content, and share best practices within the team.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, support client demonstrations, maintain CRM data integrity, and enhance inbound marketing through local insights. Key responsibilities also include prospecting decision-makers and ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation teams.
