The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle targeting SMBs in hospitality. Responsibilities include outbound activity, conducting demos, qualifying leads, and closing deals, while maintaining pipeline accuracy in CRM.

Provide high-quality customer support to hoteliers, addressing queries, ensuring client satisfaction, and aiding in retention efforts while adhering to company procedures.

Provides fast, accurate, and personalized support to French- and Spanish-speaking hoteliers across contact channels. Troubleshoots issues, escalates and follows up on unresolved cases, meets customer satisfaction and engagement targets, and supports retention and service recovery. Maintains productivity and schedule adherence, follows standard procedures, creates occasional educational content, and shares best practices. The role requires empathy, active listening, resilience, problem-solving, and strong technical proficiency.
