Serves as the first point of contact for in-store and telephone customers, completes sales transactions, purchasing, and daily banking reconciliation reports. Provides customer support, builds long-term relationships, supports new customer acquisition, and follows health and safety requirements. Requires at least one year of relevant retail, business, accounting, or sales experience, along with strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
