Serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone customers, complete sales transactions and purchasing, reconcile daily banking reports, provide customer support, build relationships, develop new customers, and follow health and safety requirements.

Develop and manage contractor, architect, and customer relationships to grow sales and market share for exterior building products. Build and execute sales plans, coordinate with suppliers, educate customers and staff, manage product samples, and support customer payments, credit recommendations, collections, and accounts receivable adjustments.
