Own HubSpot architecture, forecasting, compensation design, territory and quota planning, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Data, Finance, Growth, and Marketplace. Drive automation, data hygiene, and operational frameworks to improve forecast accuracy, adoption, and sales lifecycle processes while building scalable tooling and a high-performing Sales Ops organization.
