Serve as primary enterprise support contact for veterinary hospital groups: triage and resolve tickets, maintain HubSpot and trackers, investigate recurring issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, escalate complex cases, and report trends to improve enterprise support workflows and customer experience.

Lead sales operations execution for GTM strategy: build dashboards and tools, analyze field performance, support playbooks, optimize processes, drive market rollouts, and partner cross-functionally to improve sales productivity and marketplace health.
