As a Senior SCRUM Master at Rolo Studios, you will manage project scopes and timelines, coordinate sprints and meetings, and coach team members in Agile frameworks. The freelance Web Developer/Designer will build and implement client projects, interfacing with clients and the Rolo Studios team. Responsibilities include designing client websites, coding with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, maintaining existing sites, and providing technical consultancy. The role demands timely delivery and creative problem-solving.

The Back-End Developer will manage data interchange between servers and users, develop server-side logic, maintain databases, integrate front-end elements, and ensure application performance and security. They will also build WordPress themes, handle data storage solutions, and implement automated testing.

The Front-End Developer will transform UI/UX design wireframes into functional code, developing user-facing features and ensuring technical feasibility of designs. Responsibilities include building reusable code, optimizing web performance, validating user input, and collaborating with team members to create seamless web applications.

The Senior UI and Visual Designer will establish the look and feel for various digital interfaces, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, design user-centered mockups, logos, and infographics, collaborate with IT teams, manage multiple projects, and possess basic coding knowledge.
