Teams at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort

Oversee day-to-day casino gaming operations and staff (shift managers, supervisors, dealers, slot attendants); enforce gaming regulations and Title 31; manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, hiring, training, audits, guest dispute resolution, and assist the Director to improve customer service and profitability.

Manage three shifts of technical staff to maximize slot machine uptime, oversee repairs, inventories, inspections, audits, budgets, vendor selection, project schedules, and slot performance analysis to optimize revenue and compliance.
