The Director of Solutions Engineering will lead the Americas SE team, focusing on team development, sales partnership, process design, and cross-functional influence to drive revenue and improve customer solutions.

Provide French/English technical product support for ROLLER's SaaS platform across EMEA. First point of contact via calls, tickets, and email; troubleshoot POS/payments and payment terminals; configure platform; document and track bugs in JIRA; perform administrative/market tasks; deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with the global team. Requires weekend shift one day per week.
