The RVP of Sales will lead the EMEA sales team, focusing on new customer acquisition and market expansion, while optimizing sales processes and mentoring Account Executives.

The Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations will architect and optimize GTM strategy, partner with Finance for alignment, and drive growth initiatives across organization.

Design, implement, and administer end-to-end go-to-market commission plans across sales, renewals, expansion, and solutions engineering. Calculate and ensure accurate payouts, partner with payroll, establish controls and governance, track attainment and quota metrics, analyze plan effectiveness, recommend adjustments and tooling (including commissions software), and use AI to automate repetitive tasks.
