Build operating cadences, portfolio governance, incident management, KPI reporting, and cross-functional accountability. Manage and mentor TPM and operations teams, oversee vendor/fraud/analytics domains, and drive launch and peak-event readiness to ensure platform resiliency and scalable operations.
