Lead a team of ML engineers in developing recommendation systems, driving technical direction, mentoring, and delivering impactful ML solutions for user engagement and revenue growth.

Build and maintain full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, and automation infrastructure for Roku’s embedded software organization. Integrate AI and LLM capabilities, deploy cloud-native services on AWS and Kubernetes, and improve performance, reliability, scalability, and testing workflows. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues, document requirements and designs, participate in code reviews, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Analyze sales and revenue data to identify growth opportunities, support forecasting and planning, administer quotas and compensation, and create executive business reviews. Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve reporting infrastructure, evaluate advertiser and industry trends, and develop insights on partners, markets, and verticals. Use BI tools, third-party data, advanced Excel, and AI to improve revenue operations and decision-making.
