Leads the operating model, governance, portfolio prioritization, executive reporting, incident management, and operational readiness for Roku’s global payments and commerce platform. Oversees TPM, platform operations, vendor management, fraud operations, and payments analytics while aligning Product, Engineering, Payments, Finance, Revenue Operations, Compliance, and external partners. Manages organizational cadence, platform resiliency, launch readiness, defect governance, and team development.

Develop scalable web applications, backend services, APIs, and AI-powered features for Roku’s advertising products. Build RAG solutions and chatbot experiences, design distributed cloud systems, optimize performance and reliability, write tests, and support CI/CD delivery. Collaborate with UX, engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Use modern AI-assisted development workflows and help improve engineering processes.

Own and architect autonomous CI/CD and QA automation infrastructure for Roku’s iOS and Android mobile applications. Design GitLab CI pipelines, optimize test routing, automate releases, orchestrate physical devices, detect and quarantine flaky tests, and build self-healing systems. Use AI to predict failures, improve pipeline performance, scale agent-authored merge requests, and minimize manual intervention across development and app-store submission.
