Own Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack, including integrations, access controls, CPQ, quote-to-cash, contracts, entitlements, renewals, and customer lifecycle systems. Build Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Component customizations. Develop AI-driven scoring, research, enrichment, routing, and agent tools with monitoring and guardrails. Maintain data quality, reporting controls, backfills, and system reliability while partnering across RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Deal Desk, and Engineering.

Commercial Counsel will lead negotiations for high-value MSAs, data licensing, partnership, and other commercial agreements across EMEA. The role advises stakeholders on legal issues, partners with Sales, Product, Security, and Operations, and manages contracting infrastructure, legal technology tools, templates, playbooks, and approval workflows. The counsel will also support strategic initiatives and apply expertise in IP licensing, privacy, data-use rights, and AI within a fast-growing technology startup.

Generate qualified outbound pipeline and qualify inbound leads for Rogo's sales team across calls, email, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts in investment banking, private equity, and asset management; run multi-touch sequences; partner with marketing; maintain CRM hygiene; and consistently hit activity, meeting, and qualified pipeline targets.
