Owns daily accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, schedules, and compliance for three US entities. Responsibilities include intercompany accounting, royalties, fixed assets, leases, capitalized software and R&D, sales and property tax filings, GL review, contract documentation, audit support, and maintaining complete accounting records. The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, QuickBooks Online proficiency, and experience with balance sheet reconciliations and sales tax filings.

Serve as ROGII’s technical sales lead in Saudi Arabia, presenting software solutions, running pilots and field trials, training client teams, supporting drilling operations, configuring data integrations, and gathering product feedback. The role requires geoscience or drilling expertise, advanced geosteering knowledge, client-facing technical communication, and familiarity with AI, cloud E&P platforms, and real-time drilling workflows. Travel throughout the GCC and relocation to Saudi Arabia may be required.

As CFO, oversee global financial operations, ensure compliance, manage international taxes, and lead financial planning in a tech-driven environment.
