Provide broad legal support across commercial contracting, corporate development, energy-market regulation, policy, governance, privacy, intellectual property, insurance, and risk management. Advise business units on transactions and operations across Canadian and U.S. electricity markets, support market entry and regulatory proceedings, negotiate agreements, and build scalable legal templates, playbooks, and processes. The role requires direct executive exposure, strong commercial judgment, and collaboration with sales, operations, technology, finance, and energy-market teams.

Drive new and existing client growth by identifying prospects, building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, leading complex solution proposals, closing deals, and developing strategic partnerships.
