Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across 12 schools, manage pipelines, screen and interview candidates, maintain ATS records in Paycom, partner with hiring managers, drive toward full staffing goals, ensure equitable selection practices, and deliver a responsive candidate experience.

Lead strategy and implementation of college access across secondary schools, build college-going culture, design programming (applications, financial aid, dual enrollment), partner with schools and colleges, use data to monitor outcomes, manage and develop college access team, and expand equitable post-secondary opportunities for historically marginalized students.

Manage analytics and reporting for the network: produce scheduled data pulls and dashboards, monitor trends, support ad-hoc requests and quarterly planning, train partners in data use, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations to drive equity and organizational decisions.
