Serve as the CEO's proactive strategic partner by managing calendar, meetings, travel, agendas, communications, and materials; anticipate needs, optimize office processes, protect the CEO's time and well-being, and represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism.

Lead network-wide special education compliance by auditing IEPs/FBAs/BIPs, tracking timelines and service delivery, overseeing evaluations and state reporting, coaching staff, partnering with school and district leaders, identifying risks, and advising leadership on program integrity.

Lead network-level coaching and implementation for classroom management, attendance, behavior, and culture systems. Coach deans and new teachers in-field, analyze attendance and persistence data, design professional learning, partner cross-functionally to remove barriers, and drive retention and student outcomes across schools.
