Manages the end-to-end clinical laboratory revenue cycle, including charge capture, claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials, appeals, and payer follow-up. Supervises a 40-person billing team, including offshore staff; ensures CPT and ICD-10 coding compliance; develops SOPs, KPIs, and performance reports; identifies revenue leakage; collaborates with operations, finance, and IT; and stays current on payer policies, Medicare, Medicaid, CLIA, and healthcare billing regulations.

Perform full-cycle clinical toxicology testing including immunoassay screening and LC-MS/MS confirmatory analysis for DOA, pain management, and TDM panels. Prepare urine and oral fluid specimens, operate and maintain triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS and chemistry analyzers, review data/QC, troubleshoot anomalies, support method validation, and participate in QA/proficiency testing in a CLIA high-complexity laboratory.

Serve as the technical and operational lead of a CLIA high-complexity toxicology lab performing LC-MS/MS method development, validation, instrument operation (Agilent 6460), sample preparation, QC/QA, SOP development, staff supervision, training, regulatory compliance, and result review/release.
