Lead and oversee clinical operations at a long-term care facility: ensure regulatory compliance, staff and schedule nursing personnel, mentor clinicians, manage clinical quality and financial/personnel aspects, and maintain high standards of resident care.

Prepare dining room and assemble meal trays, pour drinks, ensure residents' dining needs are met, and perform scheduled cleaning of dining and serving areas in a skilled nursing facility.

Provide nursing care to long-term care residents: assess needs, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, supervise CNAs, document care, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, and support resident well-being.
