Provide leadership and oversight of nursing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing/sub-acute center across all units. Manage clinical staff, ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, control budget, support staff development, serve as Nursing Home Administrator backup, and maintain EMR and PC-based documentation.
