Manages an evening nursing unit while providing and overseeing resident care in a supportive sub-acute or long-term care environment. The role requires an active RN license, nursing leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to service standards. Candidates must hold an ASN or higher and have at least one year of nursing experience; sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred.

Provide leadership and oversight of nursing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing/sub-acute center across all units. Manage clinical staff, ensure quality care and regulatory compliance, control budget, support staff development, serve as Nursing Home Administrator backup, and maintain EMR and PC-based documentation.
