Teams at Rocky Mount Family YMCA Inc.

Leads YMCA operations when senior leadership is absent, supervising the building, grounds, staff, volunteers, safety procedures, emergencies, and member service desk. Builds relationships with members, supports enrollment and program participation, oversees desk services, maintains records and cash controls, monitors cleanliness and signage, trains staff, and completes shift reports. Requires strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with an associate degree or equivalent experience.
