The analyst creates SOPs, FAQs, training materials, and reports; supports new process implementation; and applies continuous improvement and Lean methodologies to optimize operations, reduce customer effort, and identify automation opportunities.

Own daily execution and stability of LeanData opportunity routing and Pre-Pipeline processes. Implement routing logic, manage exceptions and reprocessing, support Salesforce workflows, ensure ESO progression, maintain data quality and runbooks, perform UAT/testing for routing changes, and partner with regional SMEs to reduce routing defects and improve SLA adherence.

Leads SAP GTS/ECC trade compliance systems, regulatory implementations, integrations, enhancements, and global projects. Owns configuration, testing, deployment, issue resolution, master data, audit readiness, documentation, training, and process improvements. Partners with Trade Compliance, IT, Logistics, Customer Care, vendors, and global stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient trade operations.
