Perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Design and build Tosca automation scripts, create test cases and data in qTest, log defects in Jira, support releases, participate in sprints, and improve automation frameworks and test processes.

Design and implement test strategies and automation frameworks using Tosca and other tools. Build functional, regression, performance, and data-integrity tests, manage test environments, collaborate with dev and business teams, provide QA training and governance, perform root-cause analysis and contribute to testability and architectural improvements.

Lead test strategy, create and execute manual and automated test plans and cases, automate tests, report and triage defects, collaborate across global teams, and drive quality improvements and AI-assisted testing enhancements throughout the software development lifecycle.
