Manage sales targets and growth initiatives for assigned Rockwell Automation accounts and territories. Develop new and dormant customer relationships, create sales plans, conduct prospecting and sales calls, maintain an active opportunity funnel, qualify and close opportunities, collaborate with market access partners, and coordinate projects with sales teams across regions. The role requires at least three years of relevant sales experience, with automation industry experience preferred.

Provides remote technical support for industrial automation hardware and software, including Logix controllers, PowerFlex drives, and Kinetix motion systems. Troubleshoots complex equipment and software issues escalated by first-line support, assists customers and field personnel by phone and email, resolves issues through completion, and creates knowledgebase articles. The role supports Dutch-speaking customers in a hybrid, Monday-to-Friday shift environment in the Netherlands or Germany.

Plans, controls, and manages automation and technology projects from order receipt through customer acceptance. Leads project teams and third-party vendors, manages schedules, resources, budgets, margins, contracts, proposals, change orders, and customer relationships. Oversees project portfolios, stakeholder communications, P&L, quality, compliance, and delivery outcomes while coordinating engineering and support functions. Frequent customer-site work may involve industrial plants, ships, confined spaces, and other unusual environments.
