Owns end-to-end property damage claim operations, including case management and valuations. Leads managers and distributed teams, builds training and SOPs, improves quality and efficiency, manages stakeholder experience, establishes performance metrics, resolves bottlenecks, and shapes rollout of an AI-native case management system.

Owns clinician performance management and clinical quality programs for psychological assessment services. Manages clinical leads, develops and runs clinician excellence initiatives, supports complex client and case escalations, and partners with Strategy & Operations on clinician-facing rollouts. The role translates clinical strategy into scalable workflows, monitors quality metrics, improves care processes, and provides clinical judgment and operational leadership as the organization expands.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for engineering and go-to-market roles at an early-stage AI company. Responsibilities include partnering with founders and hiring managers, defining hiring profiles and processes, sourcing candidates, managing candidate experiences, conducting assessments, closing offers, and building scalable recruiting systems. The role is hands-on, high-volume, data-driven, and based in the NYC office five days per week.
