Manage new-unit pipeline growth and onboarding, coach account teams, maintain long-term client relationships, track activity and sales in HubSpot, use CRM/AI tools to increase engagement, ensure compliance with Scouting requirements, and represent the organization to support fundraising success.

Work with account executives to run technical discovery, design demos, execute POCs, configure accounting workflows and AI systems, scope implementations, build integrations, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Lead architecture, scalability, and reliability for the Integrations Platform across SDKs, agents, job pipelines, and developer tooling. Drive platform roadmap, observability, workflow orchestration, AI-enabled integration authoring, and cross-functional initiatives while mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and customer teams.
