Provide 24x7 network operations and systems administration for public-facing game services. Install, maintain, and administer Windows/Linux systems, SQL Server, VMware, IIS, Active Directory, and monitoring (Check_MK, Splunk, Grafana). Build/maintain monitoring, automate workflows (PowerShell/DSC, Chef), perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinate with datacenter technicians for hardware support.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement solutions for game development tools, collaborate with teams, and enhance application performance and scalability.

Design and specify scalable telemetry and event schemas for games. Partner with game development, analytics engineering, and data science to translate product questions into telemetry, validate instrumentation, define QA criteria, and maintain documentation and standards for downstream modelling, reporting, experimentation, and ML use cases.
