Send referrals to specialists via fax or phone, obtain prior authorizations, notify and follow up with patients, maintain patient files in the EHR and electronic scheduling system, and support care team administrative needs.

Manage and support network, hardware, software, and security for a Federally Qualified Health Center. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems and network infrastructure; administer Windows, Mac, and Linux environments; manage firewalls (ASA), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, PBX/telecom, and mentor technical staff. Ensure PHI confidentiality and participate in occasional travel between sites.

Provide clinical support to providers including assisting with exams, blood draws, injections, referrals, patient education, and medication refills. Work full-time in a fast-paced FQHC environment; maintain patient confidentiality and safety, use database software, and follow organizational policies. Must be licensed in Ohio and certified in CPR.
