Plans and performs laser scanning, drone photogrammetry, and reality capture on construction sites and existing facilities. Processes scan and image data into registered point clouds, validates accuracy, develops BIM models, and supports clash detection, construction verification, deviation analysis, and as-built documentation. Coordinates site logistics, collaborates with design and construction teams, communicates findings to stakeholders, maintains equipment, and helps establish company-wide reality capture standards and training.

Lead VDC/BIM coordination supporting pre-construction and project teams. Manage and analyze models, perform clash detection and coordination meetings, develop coordination models in Revit, conduct field QA/QC and site reports, assist with BIM contracts and close-out as-built models, and support implementation of VDC methodologies and related technologies.

Leads planning, coordination, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, installation support, commissioning, and turnover for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Manages MEP/FP scopes, bids, design issues, changes, permits, documentation, trade coordination, and stakeholder communication throughout commercial construction projects. Supports BIM/VDC processes, constructability, clash detection, prefabrication, and continuous improvement while coordinating with owners, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
