Supervise elementary students during lunch, recess, bus transportation, arrival, and dismissal. Enforce school safety and behavioral procedures, report unsafe conditions, assist with minor custodial tasks, support daily school operations, and attend required meetings and training.

Supports day-to-day school operations, including arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, physical space, safety protocols, meal billing, procurement, and administrative processes. Supervises students, reinforces behavioral expectations, coaches Ops Specialists, coordinates team activities, supports the Lead Server, and helps develop operational procedures and professional development. Requires strong communication, student supervision experience, flexibility, and commitment to the school’s mission.

Leads talent acquisition for Rocketship’s DC region, developing proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines for educators and hard-to-fill roles. Partners with school and regional leaders on workforce planning, candidate assessment, hiring decisions, and manager coaching. Manages recruiting funnels, analytics, dashboards, events, referrals, internal talent pathways, offers, preboarding, and early retention. Uses hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention outcomes.
