Supervise elementary students during lunch, recess, bus rides, arrival, and dismissal. Enforce school safety and discipline procedures, report unsafe conditions, assist with minor custodial tasks, attend required meetings and training, and support projects assigned by school operations leadership.

Leads regional people strategy, recruiting, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. Manages Regional Recruiting, advises school and regional leaders, resolves complex employee relations matters, supports performance management and organizational change, monitors workforce analytics, and executes regional hiring plans. The role requires collaboration with executive leadership, Talent Operations, Legal, and external talent pipelines while traveling to regional schools.

Lead parent and community organizing in Wisconsin: recruit, train, and mobilize parents; conduct weekly one-on-ones (15–20); build relationships with community stakeholders and elected officials; lead parent-led campaigns for school growth and education equity; collaborate with regional and national organizers; eventually hire and develop a team of organizers.
