Ensure smooth, safe daily operations for lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal. Set up and clean food/service areas, collect payments, maintain cafeteria records, supervise students, implement site rules and safety, report hazards, apply disciplinary procedures, and attend required meetings and trainings.

Lead school operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, food service, safety, compliance, procurement, IT touchpoint, and managing hourly Operations Specialists. Coach staff on behavior management, run safety drills, support assessments, and partner with the Principal on budgets and vendor relationships to ensure smooth, safe campus operations.

Lead and manage after-school and extended learning programs across multiple school sites, align after-school partners with instructional goals, coach staff, oversee enrollment and compliance for non-school day programs, analyze attendance and family feedback, and support regional program planning and audits.
