Lead a K–5 school to drive academic achievement, build rigorous culture, develop and coach teachers, partner with families, manage school operations, and ensure data-driven personalized instruction.

Lead and scale Integrated Special Education across multiple elementary school sites. Manage and coach ISE teams and service providers, ensure compliance (IEPs/504), design PD and MTSS implementation, oversee budgeting, external partnerships, and policies, and drive high academic outcomes and inclusive practices network-wide.

Serve as the school's first point of contact for families; manage enrollment, attendance, student records, health and safety documentation, basic first aid, lunch/payments, special education communications, clerical tasks, translation/interpretation, and general office and facilities support under the Principal.
