Partner with school leaders to strengthen inclusive special education across DC campuses through coaching, instructional support, IEP and compliance oversight, professional development, and regional implementation to drive student growth and legal compliance.

Lead and manage after-school and extended learning programs across multiple school sites, align after-school partners with instructional goals, coach staff, oversee enrollment and compliance for non-school day programs, analyze attendance and family feedback, and support regional program planning and audits.

Lead day-to-day execution of a new, AI-enabled elementary instructional model. Coach and develop teachers, run data-driven cycles, implement rotations and tools, monitor student mastery, partner with families, and surface model improvements. Support start-up school launch, occasionally teach, and manage instructional staff to ensure strong student growth.
