Lead and operationalize after-school programming across two campuses, partner with school leaders and external providers, coach after-school staff, manage enrollment and compliance for non-school day sessions, monitor attendance and family feedback, and support regional planning and audits to align extended learning with the instructional day.

Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service. Hire and coach hourly Operations Specialists, run compliance and safety processes, manage procurement and budgets, serve as on-site IT contact, and partner with school leadership to ensure systems support teaching and student safety.

Lead instructional vision with the Principal to drive student achievement, manage and coach grade-level teachers, run data-driven instruction cycles, observe and give feedback, support special education inclusion, engage families, and support school culture and professional development.
