Own end-to-end deployment of AI agents for enterprise customers, including discovery, solution design, integrations, prompt engineering, data pipelines, debugging, production launches, and optimization. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, support pre-sales proofs of concept, translate customer needs into product improvements, and create reusable implementation playbooks. The role combines hands-on software engineering with customer-facing technical consulting in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Support the CEO and founding team by managing calendars, inboxes, meeting preparation, communications, social media, action-item follow-through, events, webinars, podcasts, offsites, and HR operations. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, written communication, initiative, and flexibility across global time zones. The assistant will research meetings, ghostwrite communications, coordinate logistics, and protect the CEO’s time in a fast-paced SaaS startup.

Own full-stack product features from design through production across React and Java systems. Design scalable APIs, data models, backend services, and polished user experiences while addressing performance, reliability, caching, asynchronous processing, and observability. Collaborate with Product and Design, debug issues across the stack, improve architecture, write tested code, participate in technical decisions, and mentor engineers.
